As the situation with COVID-19 has evolved around the world we have been monitoring the situation closely and listening to government advice, anxiously waiting to see what would become of our beloved Sound On Fest.

After our killer 2019 festival, we were so excited to bring the biggest and best festival yet to high school students in WA, but the situation around COVID-19 has meant we are unable to commit to the arrangements we had in place to reimagine the festival, and we unfortunately have had to cancel Sound On in 2020.

The health and wellbeing of our fans has always been a big part of the Sound On experience to help you make the most of your high school experience.

Like you, we are heartbroken. We appreciate you sticking with us, and rest assured we are still working hard behind the scenes to bring you an awesome Sound On Festival experience as soon as we can.

Until then, here are a few ways you can enjoy Sound On at home to keep the Sound On spirit alive:

1. Be the first to know

Sign up to our newsletter to be first in the know about any Sound On updates, and to know about exclusive promotions for our VIPs.

2. Get moving to your favourite Sound On tunes

Throwback to last year’s festival and vibe to your favourite Sound On artists with our dedicated Spotify playlist. Hear all your favourite hits from Ruel, Peking Duck, Flexmami, G Flip, and Stevan to relive your Sound On 2019 and get moving.

We’ll be creating new playlists through the year with some of our new favourite tracks and artists, so follow us on Spotify to see what we’re vibing.

3. Stay connected on social

Like the Sound On Facebook page to keep up to date on the latest news, competitions and throwbacks.

Follow our Sound On Instagram to keep the festival going all year round with some Aussie artist content, competitions and some of your favourite moments from Sound On.
